Synergy Wood was a proud participant of The New American Home® 2019 - building innovation that skillfully blends traditional and modern architecture to create a transitional design.

 

TNAH installed nearly 30,000 lf of Synergy Pine Weathered Grey boards on the ceilings. The ceilings extended from inside the nearly 9,000 home to the covered exterior spaces.

Welcome to The New American Home 2019! The National Association of Home Builders is proud to showcase the technological advances the housing industry has to offer.

 

This 9,028 sq. ft. show home, designed and constructed by Sun West Custom Homes in Henderson, Nevada, is distinguished by incorporating a wide variety of contemporary-modern design, characterized by minimal decoration, abundant glass and flat roof lines.

 

The luxury-home community of Ascaya presented the ideal location to exhibit innovation in technology and design. Industry professionals will be able to view the outdoor transitional entertainment including a vanishing edge pool and a custom fireplace. The New American Home 2019 is the 36th edition in a series of exhibition homes that showcase innovation in technology and efficiency.

 

The 2019 New American Home: This extraordinary custom home was showcased at the International Builders Show 2019 in Las Vegas.
